I started with apple, melon and feta cheese salad – crunchy lettuce, diced apples, watermelon and fresh feta cheese. The salad was super refreshing and appetizing. The lettuce could have been a little more fresh though.
Marinated grilled vegetables in Pesto sub – this was by far one of the best sandwiches I have had in a long, long time. Marinated and sauteed bell pepper in a whole wheat sub with pesto sauce. The sheer simplicity of this sub blew my mind away!
Mutton keema pav – Thick mutton keema cooked with just the right amount of spices was very flavorsome and succulent concoction. Served with multi grain pav – this was surely a healthy twist to this widely popular dish.
Lucknowi biryani served with spicy raita and chutney – topped with brown onions, the biryani was very aromatic. Being a hardcore non-vegetarian, I don’t usually go for vegetarian biryani but this one was special. The rice was nice and moist with steamed vegetables – the strong fragrance of black cardamom was delightful.
Chicken and mushroom lasagna – this again was a very unique preparation. Instead of pasta sheets, chicken breast layers stuffed with button mushroom and topped with cheese. The juicy chicken pieces with mushrooms was ambrosial. They could have used different kinds of mushroom – shitake and oyester maybe. Anyway, still a very palatable preparation.
So, hit on them and get yourselves a eatonomist delivery right at your doorstep – what you absolutely can’t miss – their chicken and mushroom lasagna, marinated vegetables in pesto sub and the salad.
