CyberChef is an online portal catering to breakfast, lunch and dinner pangs of working officials in Gurgaon. Their menu changes daily with a variety of Indian flavours. They specialise in North Indian meals and outsource regional meals to home chefs. They also work with fusion meals that change every week. One meal is enough to satiate one hungry hogger. You can also choose from a particular chef if you are following them.
I have ordered some punjabi paneer and chicken delicacies from them on previous occasions and they were spot on. This time they sent me me entrants on their menu. Dal baati churma, Kerala style meen moilee and gulaab jamun.
Their packaging is neat with everything labelled clearly. I started by assembling the daal baati churma. The baati was nicely done and the dal was very flavoursome. Top it with crunchy, sweet churma mingled with dry fruits and you have a Rajasthan delicacy ready in your home.
Next up, Kerala style Meen moilee – served with steamed rice, and a piece of badi rohu. The curry was laced with coconut milk but it was slightly higher on the spicier side which is not characteristic to Keralite food. The fish however was very fresh. Mix in the curry and steamed rice and you get somewhat the true flavors of Kerala.
The kala jaam could have been a lot better and softer though.
So go ahead and order your next meal from cyber chef for some homely flavors. My recommendation would definitely be the Dal Baati Churma.
