The Iconic Kwality Restaurant is back with a world of nostalgia. Vintage wallpaper, rich colours, and a gorgeous piano. Monochrome frames take you to the bygone era, the stories spinning over 75 years of Kwality. The dichotomy of the old world and millennial cool is knitted perfectly. Enjoy stellar cocktails by the Maharaja style bar or groove to live Piano at night.

The most noteworthy one has to be the Kwality Gin and Tonic.
Small Plates
First things first, we had some stunning Indian appetizers.Tandoori Mushroom – velvety creamy mushrooms, stuffed with dry fruits, grilled to perfection. Slightly under-seasoned, dash with chutney and lemon for best. Masala Chops – mutton chops marinated in Indian masalas, and tawa fried. The muttonchops melt in your mouth with a pop of flavours. The accompaniments are all spot on especially with marinated onions. Kwality Chicken Kebab – juicy morels of minced chicken tossed in fresh butter and cream. Topped with an egg wash, the chicken kebabs had airy juiciness to them.
Mains
The main course without a doubt was a stunning spread. We obviously had to try the icocnic Chana Bhatura. Semi-dry, masala chana, signature aloo, chopped onions. Served with a HUGE bhatura, with the most delectable desi ghee aroma. Kwality serves one of the most stunning chana bhaturas in a supremely fine dining setting. And they do it with finesse. We also gorged on some Indian signatures. Creamy dal makhni, Taar gosht, Murgh makhani, garlic naan (obviously) and laccha parantha. Luscious dal makhni and garlic naan was a match made in heaven. Murgh Makhanwala was the ultimate butter chicken. Tandoori chicken tossed in a buttery tomato and cream gravy. Does it get better than that? Yes, with the gluttonous Taar Gosht. Mutton fillet, slow cooked with Rampuri spices and yoghurt and onion gravy.
Dessert
The desserts range from old school Cassata to Parsi dairy ice creams. We, however, settled for the Creme Caramel. Light, sweet and jiggly.
Kwality is a must visit for a nostalgic trip and possibly the most stunning Indian preparations. Must try the Masala Chops, Chana Bhatura, Murgh Makhanwala and Taar Gosht. The Kwality GnT is not to be missed.
