My all time lunch favourite – Tahiri

Lunch at home on Sundays often ends up a quite affair after a hearty breakfast and one of my favourite things are pulavs and light biryanis. My go to dish is tahiri, it is delicious and super quick to make. But my granny makes it the BEST. It is the right mix of flavors, you can customize it with as many veggies as you want and alter the masalas as per your taste.
