After a successful run by IMPERFECTO at Hauz Khas Village and DLF Cyber Hub, the brand brings to you another brilliant space – Informal by Imperfecto is a standalone building located at Tolstoy Lane, Janpath. The sprawling place is spread over three floors, plush leather couches, bar stools and throws with fairy lights against a rustic, vintage backdrop. Like their previous endeavors, utmost attention has been paid to details, headlights of motor bikes, Islamic inspired tea lights and lampshades, wooden framed windows, white curtains and sprays of vintage touches on ends of cutlery and lamps is beautiful to take in. The interplay of plants with the austere ambiance and feet-tapping music makes this place for an ideal place the next Saturday night-out!

For some quick evening snacks, we started with lemon iced tea followed by chilly chicken, dahi ke kebab and exotic veg pizza and tried their Spanish style prawns orly with mustard honey sauce. The iced tea makes for a very refreshing start.
The dahi ke kebab served with spicy garlic chutney were crunchy and filled with soft yogurt and very flavorsome – the stuffing could have been a little creamier.
The chilly chicken was very toothsome tossed with diced bell pepper, spring onions and chilly sauce, the chicken was very juicy and succulent.
Known for their Spanish and Mediterranean delicacies, the Spanish style prawns orly with honey mustard was simply exquisite. Golden fried fried prawns were very, very fresh and palatable – and what added to the flavors was the beautifully concocted honey mustard.
The pizza made for a stunning showstopper – wood-fired thin crust, topped with fresh exotic vegetables and melt in your mouth cheese!
