- Wash the chicken legs thoroughly and add slits.
- In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, minced garlic and ginger, salt, paprika, all spice, pepper and olive oil. Whisk well.In a baking dish, place all the slit chicken legs. Lather them with the marinade and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Drizzle some honey to add some extra char! Bake for 30 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 190 degree celcius.
- Scoop out with some mashed potatoes and grilled veggies or enjoy as is with some chilled drinks!
