Ingredients
  

  • 1 no. Egg
  • 3 slices Sourdough bread
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Walnuts crushed
  • 1 tbsp Cranberries
  • 2 tbsp Honey
For the Pumpkin Spice
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Ginger minced
  • ½ tsp Clove powder
  • ½ tsp Nutmeg powder
  • 1 tsp All spice powder

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients required for pumpkin spice.
  2. Break the egg into another bowl. Add the milk, sugar, and the pumpkin spice mix and whisk well until all the ingredients have combined well together.
  3. Take a slice of the sourdough and coat both sides with the egg mixture. Grease a non-stick pan with some butter and cook on both sides for 3-4 minutes each side until both sides are slightly caramelized.
  4. Repeat for the other two slices.
  5. Stack them on a plate, top with cream cheese, crushed walnuts, cranberries, and a generous drizzle of honey!
