Instructions
Microwave the dates paste on high for 1 minute to heat it up slightly.
Transfer the dates paste to a large plate or shallow bowl.
Coarsely ground the roasted black gram. (You can use something like
this
)
One by one add the chopped nuts, cinnamon powder, and ashwagandha powder to the date paste and keep kneading.
Add ghee to the dates paste and mix well. Make around 1-inch balls rounding them between your palms.
Sprinkle the sesame in a flat plate. Once you are happy with the shape of the dates and nuts laddoo, run them over in the sesame seeds.
