Microwave the dates paste on high for 1 minute to heat it up slightly.
Transfer the dates paste to a large plate or shallow bowl.
Coarsely ground the roasted black gram. (You can use something like this) One by one add the chopped nuts, cinnamon powder, and ashwagandha powder to the date paste and keep kneading.
Add ghee to the dates paste and mix well. Make around 1-inch balls rounding them between your palms.
Sprinkle the sesame in a flat plate. Once you are happy with the shape of the dates and nuts laddoo, run them over in the sesame seeds.
