Chilli Oil Noodles

Udon simply tossed with soy, rice wine vinegar, honey, and chilli oil. This is one of the easiest fixes and tastes oh so good!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Udon
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Soy sauce
  • ½ tsp Rice wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Oil
  • ½ tsp Sesame seeds
  • 1 cup Broccoli and mushroom chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic chopped
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Bring a pot of water to boil, add salt and cook the noodles as per the instructions on the packet. Usually takes about 7-8 minutes.
  • Microwave the broccoli and mushrooms on high for 90 seconds. Drain any excess water. In a pan, heat the oil and add the minced garlic. Cook for 30 seconds. Add the mushrooms and broccoli and stir fry for 10 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, chilli oil and honey. Add the cooked noodles and mix well.
  • Top with the veggies and sesame seeds.
