Method
- Bring a pot of water to boil, add salt and cook the noodles as per the instructions on the packet. Usually takes about 7-8 minutes.
- Microwave the broccoli and mushrooms on high for 90 seconds. Drain any excess water. In a pan, heat the oil and add the minced garlic. Cook for 30 seconds. Add the mushrooms and broccoli and stir fry for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, chilli oil and honey. Add the cooked noodles and mix well.
- Top with the veggies and sesame seeds.
