#CookandChomp Chef's Basket

Living alone with all but an induction means trying a lot of delivery outlets and loads of meal in a boxes. I vividly remember how my affair with Chef’s Basket began. Last monsoon, Gurgaon had practically drowned and office was cancelled ( first and last time in history probably) and I didn’t have anything for lunch. Hopped over to a local hypermart and that is when I came across these gourmet meal for one boxes. My goodness was that a good meal.
And they are extremely simple to cook – the recipe is easy to follow and on the box and it comes with each tiny condiment that might be required. I have tried their pasta boxes and Chinese range including the delectable Khow Suey and munchurian combo packs.

Ingredients of the pasta box

My favourite however remains the creamy tomato pasta box – the slight creamy and packing a punch of flavors, top it with seasoning and chilly flakes and it makes fora pretty mean dinner. The arriabiata is more on the spicy side.
